Nissan today announced pricing for the 2017.5 Murano, which features a series of mid-year enhancements to the popular crossover. Pricing starts at $29,770 USD2 for the Murano S front-wheel drive model.
Murano saw sales surge more than 38 percent in 2016 - setting an all time annual sales record of 86,953 units. Designated as the 2017.5 Murano, the changes are highlighted by a new Midnight Edition Package, new standard content including Apple CarPlay(TM) or Siri(R) Eyes Free1, and a new Premium Plus Package. It is on sale now at Nissan dealers nationwide.
"With the enhancements for 2017.5, we're adding value to every Murano trim level," said Christian Meunier, senior vice president, Nissan Sales & Marketing and Operations, Nissan North America, Inc.; chairman, Nissan Canada. "Along with standard Siri(R) Eyes Free1 on the Murano S grade, the Murano SV receives features previously available on the higher level SL and Premium trim levels. And, the beautiful new Midnight Edition is an unmatched value all its own."
The new packages for 2017.5 include the Midnight Edition. Murano is one of six Nissan models to offer the new package. Offered on the Murano Platinum grade level, it includes exclusive Midnight Edition black 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, black roof rails, black mirror caps, black splash guards and available Midnight Edition floor mats. It is offered in a choice of Pearl White, Cayenne Red, Gun Metallic and Magnetic Black with a Graphite interior. The package has an MSRP2 of $1,195 USD and is on sale now.
The new SV Premium Plus Package includes the content from the previous SV Premium Package (heated front seats, heated outside rearview mirrors, Power Panoramic Moonroof and Bose(R) audio system with nine speakers plus dual subwoofers) and Driver Assistance Package (auto-dimming inside mirror, HomeLink(R) Universal Transceiver, Around View Monitor(R) (AVM) with Moving Object Detection (MOD)3, Driver Attention Alert (DAA)4, Blind Spot Warning (BSW)5 and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA)6 - along with new 18-inch Gun Metal aluminum-alloy wheels.

Murano also offers available Driver Attention Alert (DAA)4, which learns each individual driver's steering patterns and helps alert the driver when drowsy driving is detected (standard on SL and Platinum, optional on SV).
