The NAIAS (Detroit Auto Show) brings out the widest selection of cars and trucks from major US, European, and Asian manufacturers. For instance, see the images of the Toyota FT-HS and Lexus LF-A sports car concepts. Toyota also showed the new Tundra pickup truck. GM introduced the revamped Cadillac CTS, Volt hybrid concept, and the hot Camaro convertible concept. Not to be left behind, Ford displayed the muscular Interceptor and bold Lincoln MKR concepts. See the new Chrysler and Dodge minivans, as well as the production Avenger sedan. Jeep showed the Trailhawk SUV concept, while the Chrysler Nassau concept points in the direction of future Chrysler sedans. The Accord coupe concept from Honda was the first Accord concept ever shown at an auto show. Acura's Advanced Sports Car Concept confirms that the replacement for the iconic NSX will return. Luxury convertibles don't get any better than the Mercedes-Benz Ocean Drive concept. BMW had its own convertible introduction for the 3-Series, which now has a folding hardtop. Jaguar showed the sleek C-XF sedan concept that breaks from the traditional Jaguar styling cues. Hyundai moves upscale with its midsize luxury SUV, the Vera Cruz. Mitsubishi fans will salivate when they see the aggressive Lancer Prototype X. Volvo displayed the compact XC60 concept that expands its SUV portfolio. Nearly all the other manufacturers had other concepts and new vehicle introductions that were significant, and you can peruse them all in our picture sets from the 2007 NAIAS.
